I started out with the PHP, MySql, HTML and CSS combo. Today I use Ruby On Rails as the framework for my applications, HAML for structuring documents, SASS for styling, jQuery for effects/ajax and Heroku for server, as well as a bunch of helpful gems.

Approach, methods and process

With a candidate in design, I am well-versed in design-methods and processes. I structure my projects to be as efficient as possible, starting out with crude prototypes and ending up with solid products. Some of the methods I use are wireframes, post-it brainstorms, functional prototypes, sketches and photoshop views.

Design skills

Being an designer my most important skill is curiosity and willingness to learn new things. Being committed and focused has payed off in skills. When designing I think in form, function, color and movement as well as brand and style. With the consideration of project scope I create the best solution.
